And So It Begins...

I'm just your average nerdy 26 year old that will/has not ever stopped loving all things Disney, although surprisingly I'm falling back in love with Disney Animation Studios over Pixar's, but that's for another blog. I've seen Disney movies since I was old enough to remember and I believe the first movie I saw in theatres was Toy Story. My Disney Princess name (although I was named for the flower obviously) also added to my love of the movies and the characters.




For this I have some ideas but the main ones are to discuss all things Disney with my main project being my re-watch (or first time watch in some cases) of ALL Disney/Pixar Theatrical Films (of writing there are currently 56D+ 17P) . Instead of going in order, which would drive me nuts, I plan on picking 1- 2 movies a week from different eras to watch and review. Disney movies are divided up into 7 different eras so I can switch it up a bit (also to not drive myself crazy haha)


And for Pixar? I'll probably have special weeks dedicated to those (gotta knock out Cars
and Cars 2 somehow haha).


I also totally realized that of the 73 total Disney/Pixar movies, I've only seen 55, which is horrible for a self-professed fan, and one of the main reasons for this blog. I'm sure even in the movie I hate, I can find something in them that I love or can appreciate as part of the Disney family.




Other things will be favorite characters of those movies and possibly discussions on the Eras themselves (well, my opinion of them at least).




I figured now would be as good of a time as any as there are no other Disney movies until 2018's Wreck It Ralph 2 and no stress about Pixar til Cars 3 next June.
